[生活] Entrepreneur 必須學會的九個特質

從 Techchrunch 讀到的, 覺得講的不錯, 紀錄一下...

1. Failure
    我想這是要說 to risk failure, 要有不害怕失敗的勇氣.

2. Prophetic
    我覺得這句話很棒: I thought it is only a matter of time until home viewing is as easy and economical as
desirable. 對未來有所規劃的話, 一切都只是按部就班而已.

3. Flexible
     當然啦, 規劃是隨時間而做調整的... every entrepreneur recognize mistake quickly and transition their business accordingly. ( The catch-phrase is that the entrepreneur know hot to "pivot" )

4. Productivity
    But how? 末段寫的不錯, 重點在於時間規劃, 之前我也是這樣做, 但只是做一半... = =
     Wake up early - do your work before others stop showing up at your doorstep, on your phone, in your inbox, etc.
    Leave off point - leave off the point right when you are most existed to continue. Then you know it will be easy to start off next day. (但這前提是, 別明天就怠惰了... )

5. Avoid outside stimulus
   這個實在太重要了... 作者也有切身經歷... 每天我們都會犯一個錯誤而不自知: 認為收email、上twitter、facebook、yahoo bid、bbs、寫blog comment這些不會花太多時間, 可每次一看就是1~20分鐘... 這樣一個loop, 每天約重複5,6次, 也就是說我們一天花了120分鐘再這些地方, 這還不包括因為打斷了正再進行中的工作而得重新回神的花費...  Orz

6. Imperfection
    叫人要不滿於現狀有時候會形成負面的情緒, 這裡不如叫人不要輕易放棄比較實際.

7. Confidence
    這個也是太重要了... Master the form you want to operate, get experience, be willing to be imperfect, and then develop the confidence to play within that form! Finally, to develop your own style!

8. Showing up
    這個term也挺有意思,  80% of success is showing up.  這是指你必須去找你的投資者、經營你的團隊、找出你的第一個客戶、找出你的買家. You have to SHOW UP at their door, otherwise your business will just not work out.

9. The medium become the message


So what can we learn from Woody Allen?
  • Wake up early
  • Avoid distractions
  • Work three to five hours a day and then enjoy the rest of the day
  • Be as perfectionist as you can, knowing that imperfection will still rule
  • Have the confidence to be magical and stretch the boundaries of your medium.
  • Combine the tools of the medium itself with the message you want to convey
  • Don’t get stuck in the same rut – move forward, experiment, but with the confidence built up over experience.

openwrt feed的使用

最近又回去看Openwrt發現feed, 來記錄一下. feed 是一個挺有趣的東西, 在Openwrt 理面它是一堆 packages 的集合,  我想應該是因為不同的 packages 可能來自不同的地方, 透過 feed 提供介面管理這些 packages. (1) where is feeds     放在 scripts/feeds (2) feeds command     update:        撿查 feeds.conf  # or feeds.conf.default       將各自的feeds下載後放到 feeds/        建立 XXX.index      list:       透過 XXX.index, 列出 feeds/ 的feeds     install:       建立symbolic link. # from feeds/XXX  to packages/feeds/XXX (3)自己建立 feeds       1. svn co svn://svn.openwrt.org/openwrt/trunk/[BRANCH]  [OPENWRT]       2. svn co svn://svn.openwrt.org/openwrt/package  [OPENWRT]/packages       3. 撰寫自己的 feeds.conf       4. >script/feeds update -a       5. >script/feeds install       6. make menuconfig        參考Openwrt 連結
